Physical Therapy at Woodward Medical Center

Woodward Medical Center would like to welcome back Charito Gomez to our physical therapy department. After taking some time off and having a wonderful baby boy, Charito is back. She is very bright, intelligent and is organizing our department.

Charito is experienced in carpal tunnel syndrome, post surgical rehab, sciatica, arthritis and other chronic pain treatments. She works very well by integrating physical therapy with chiropractic. When you have a therapist who understands chiropractic and natural medicine too, that is something special. Charito is also very excited about sports physical therapy.

We are so excited to have her talents back with us at Woodward Medical Center!

Fight the common cold/flu!

Tired of getting beaten down by the flu? -Take 2000mg of Vitamin C, one garlic tablet, on echinacea tablet. -If you don't feel better after an hour, take another 1000mg vitamin C and continue to do so until you feel better. If you don't feel better you are not taking enough. -When you start to feel better, take 1000mg of vitamin C every hour for about 3 days. Also, take 3 to 4 garlic tablets per day and 3-4 echinacea tablets a day. -Use zinc lozenges for a sore throat if needed. -Spray throat and nose with colloidal silver if clear mucus turns green or yellow. -Gradulaay decrease the amount of vitamin C etc. You take until you are at the normal lever you usually use. -If you feel wose whrn you decrease, just increase again until you feel better and continue longer. -Too much garlic will make yousmell like garlic but has no problems otherwise. Too much vitamin C will upset your stomach or loosen your bowels. If either occurs, simply lower your intake until you are comfortable. There are no other side effects of vitamin C. - High quality ingredients/supplements are available at Woodward Medical Center. Plase call us if you have any questions. 630-985-4700
